What's Up Guys?

It's been a long time since I last posted! In all that time, we went swimming like 20 times, 'cause we live in an apartment with a pool. My cousins and my grandma (they live in the SD area) came over to swim too. School ended for me. Did I tell you that? I read a lot of books- especially poem books! I'm very fond of poem books. I think I wanna tell you one of my favorite poems. It's from a mag for girls called Hopscotch. It's called Horse Sense.

When my mom got home from the store I said to her when am I going to lose a tooth I dont no said her mother Stella was thanking (thinking) how to lose her tooth and she got it I will eat a apple she said to herself so she did. Lea called me one day to say she was taking a trip to Washington! Her mom said that, if my mom said it was OK, I could go to Washington with them! After I asked my mom and she said OK, Lea and me hugged! In Washington, we went to Mt. Rainier. It was fun! We hiked and stayed in a cabin. We went skiing and snowboarding. It was fun! The next day - woke up in my bed - not in the cabin, but at home! Finally, home sweet home!

One day I was eating breakfast and there was a paper in the cereal box saying that I won! I won 3 tickets to Hawaii! I was so shocked. I only lived with my mom, and I was a single child. So I decided to invite my friend Laura to Hawaii. And guess what? She said yes! I was so excited. My mom, Laura and me in Hawaii together. That night I packed up. I brought Teddy, my bathing suit, clothes, my body board and flip-flops. Laura came over to my house all ready to go and then my mom drove all of us to the airport. We had to run to the next plane to catch our flight! Hawaii was so cool, we surfed so much! Laura told me, "Too bad your dad isn't here. He could've came instead of your mom." Then I said, "Yeah, I agree." It was too bad. I was still happy. Just a bit. When we came back, our class threw a "welcome back" party for us. After all, we did miss a week of school.

WOW!

Well, you guys, WOW! It has been a long time since I've posted! I mean, come on! Since April 5? Well, tomorrow I have testing at school called STAR Testing. And yesterday, I got my hair cut like, about 5 inches. In March, we took this other Testing called GATE--- Gifted And Talented Education. Our STAR testing starts tomorrow, and ends the Mon. after that. Don't have much to write anymore, so bye! Wait- school is going to be so fun. . . . . . . . !!!

Surprise!

Guess what? I am in Arizona right now, in a hotel! My mom had this magazine and there were places you could go for Spring Break. And my mom read about a place we never went, ever before! Sedona, AZ! I decided I wanted to go, but mom said dad could not come because he had a lot of work to do this week and I started crying because I knew I would miss him. We had to drive because a flight would be too expensive AND my brother would be fussy the whole flight. It took us 7 WHOLE HOURS/
420 MINUTES TO GET THERE!!!!!!!! But we could not find a hotel that was not completely booked in Sedona, but we found one in Cottonwood, AZ! Listen, I wanna go eat breakfast so bye!!!

What's On My Mind

Today I'm just writing what's on my mind. Just like the title (What's On My Mind.) Well, since I am a student, today is the first day of Spring Break! My mom and dad are going to plan a trip (maybe, cross my fingers!). Maybe because my dad is the one who goes to work (since mom has to take care of my sis and bro) and he is really busy this week and he has to ask his boss if he can take a few days off. I hope he asks today! Well, we live in El Cajon and it's like the desert here, so we wanna go somewhere nice and cold. My pick: Somewhere in Europe. Can you guess? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . YOU ARE RIGHT! LONDON! At least I think it snows there (cross my fingers again!). I wish I could tell my mom, ''Mom, could we go to London for vacation if Dad's boss says YES?" But no, I couldn't because I don't want to. END OF POST. Bye

My Brother Tristan by Isabella Rosete

My brother's name is Tristan James Rosete. He was born on June 11th, 2006. He is 9 months old. His name is Tristan, as you know, but sometimes we call him Bubb or Bubba or Tristy, that is what my dad calls him. My brother was born in this hospital: UCSD, in Hillcrest. He was so cute when me and my sister first saw him! He was sleeping when we first saw him! My dad went with my mom to the hopital so Nana stayed with us. I don't know too much sign language so if she asked me something, if I knew it I would say it in sign language or I would write it down. I cannot believe that my brother is almost one year old. I like my brother so on his birthday, right when he wakes up, I will celebrate him since I love him oh-so-much! ! ! My brother is the best one I've ever had, even though he is the first one I ever had. I can't believe my brother only has just 3 whole months to go before he is completely 1 year old. And I can't believe he has 15 complete whole months to go before he is two complete whole years old! Can you believe it? Did I say I CAN NOT believe IT? YES! Yes I did... oh yeah. One day I asked my mom if we could call Tristan T. J. since his first initials were T. and J. Remember? Tristan: T. James: J. And guess what? She said maybe. So... that's why we call him Bubb. And guess what? In Bubb's future, I see even more nicknames for him- just until he's - ah, just about - I say just one, or maybe until two, years old. Yep. Yeppo! I can't believe that I just predicted that! Predicted what? That I see more nicknames for Bubb in his future until he's one or two years old. I love my brother oh-so-much. He is the cutest thing ever!
